ANSOMATIC works amazingly well in a stand-alone operation.

But several stations can also be connected; this gives you the power to control your entire factory from within ANSOMATIC. To do so, There is no need for additional software or changes to the existing configurations.

Ansomatic has its own Cloud, which is the easiest way to go from a local to a connected solution. The only thing you need to do is flick the 'cloud' switch, and ANSOMATIC handles the rest. Do you already have a server in place. ANSOMATIC can connect with existing SQL, SQP, ERP & MES systems.

But how does ANSOMATIC know what to do in what station?

Simple, the configuration is the same as before, only now the line and station number are specified. ANSOMATIC knows how your products move through the factory.

Email notifications also inform you of the status of your factory. Our webapp also gives you the possibility to get the real-time status of your factory from anywhere in the world.

It shows how many products have been manufactured today, how many need repair, and how many are currently in production. It also goves an overview of all the Stations, with their respective status and who's currently logged in. Lastly it also shows the takt time in your factory.

Microsoft Power BI is the industry's leading business analytics service. It provides interactive visualisations with self-service business intelligence capabilities, where end users can create reports and dashboards themselves, without having to depend on information technology staff or database administrators. The Ansomatic  cloud comes equipped  with Microsoft PowerBi integration.

 

CLOUD CONNECTED

In line with the current push for Industry 4.0; our solution has the possibility to be cloud connected. Industry 4.0 is the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies. The idea is to create ‘smart factories’, where all processes are connected and react to one another. ANSOMATIC is built based on this idea. It connects different work stations, analyses and reacts to the actual situation at hand. It uses augmented reality to show where on the part things went wrong, notifies when a part wasn’t made according to plan and saves all the results of each serial number back to the cloud.

 

Connect to Your server

You already have a factory wide networked server in place? 
ANSOMATIC has the possibility to connect to it. 
It works the same as it would if it were connected to our CLOUD, but you remain completely in control.

 

Eliminate Downtime

ANSOMATIC has you covered in the unlikely event of server or cloud downtime. It can sync all its databases back to a local client, and automatically switch to local operation when the connection to the server or cloud failed. It works seamlessly to ensure the lowest 
possible downtime in your factory. When it’s able to reconnect, it switches back to connected operation.

 

Asset Management

Our ASSET MANAGEMENT solution allows you to keep track of all the tools in your factory. It gives complete clarity on what equipment you have, where it is, where it is being used and when it need calibrating. IT uses our ANSOMATIC cloud to easily track the status of your assets anywhere and anytime.

 

A tablet or computer with a barcode or RFID reader is used to scan in your tools. The reader can be integrated, stand alone or wearable. The software allows you to set up different users: users who can only scan tools, users who can add tools, users who are allowed to do calibration etc. Users are also ‘tracked’, and different rights for each user can be set up.
